About the specialist

Kanaka Sudhakar is a student of legendary gurus VP and Shanta Dhananjayan Bharatanatyam dancing couple who have received India's 3rd highest civilian award. Her unique offering involves an amalgamation of physical movements of Bharatanatyam with elements from yoga called Natya kriya. She has done research on the therapeutic values of Indian classical dance forms on the mind and body of a learner.
