About the insight session

What insight will I get

Participants will learn about the seven chakras, which are the energy centres located along the spine. The course will cover the various physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects associated with each chakra and how they relate to overall wellbeing. Along with that, the participants will also learn tools and techniques to activate and balance each chakra. The course will cover the use of mantras, crystals, affirmations and other tools to enhance the chakra yog practice. The specialist also incorporates the use of Rudraksha beads to enhance the experience and help individuals connect with the energy of each chakra as they are considered to have properties to enhance concentration, amplify mantras and calm the mind.

This heightened awareness of the chakras and their corresponding physical, emotional, and psychological aspects allows the practitioner to develop a deeper understanding of themselves.
