Each week swami ji will be working on the following 5 koshas (sheath), as needed:

1. Annamaya Kosha - Physical Layer

2. Pranamaya Kosha - Layer of Prana / Breath

3. Manomaya Kosha - Emotional Layer

4. Vijnanamaya Kosha - Intellectual Layer and

5. Anandamaya. Kosha - Layer of Bliss

  • Annamaya Kosha (Physical Body): Visualize your body as a house, with this layer being the walls and roof. It requires good building blocks (healthy food), regular cleaning (exercise), and overall care to remain strong and happy.
  • Pranamaya Kosha (Vital Energy Sheath): Consider this layer as the electricity that powers your house, keeping everything running smoothly. Breathing exercises, such as deep breathing, ensure the energy flows well, keeping your body energized.
  • Manomaya Kosha (Mental Sheath): This layer acts as the control center of your house, where thoughts and feelings arise. Practicing meditation and mindfulness is akin to having a switch to regulate your thoughts and emotions, helping maintain a calm and positive mental state.
  • Vijnanamaya Kosha (Wisdom Sheath): Think of this as your intelligent brain, aiding in making wise choices and understanding concepts better. Strengthening this layer involves learning and thoughtful contemplation.
  • Anandamaya Kosha (Bliss Sheath): Imagine this as the joyful room within your house. When everything is functioning well, you experience joy and contentment. Engaging in meditation and moments of quiet reflection can help you connect with this inner sense of happiness.

Every week, you will learn and work on these layers for the optimum outcome, including gaining concept and action clarity from swami ji and applying these teachings in your lives, gradually transitioning to deeper levels of understanding and harmony with life.
