What practice will I learn

Padmini Vidya is a path of akriya, a method which promotes conscious inactivity hence it requires one to learn the technique of listening to sounds while practising breathing exercises to activate different energy points in the body.

Benefits of this practice

Padmini Vidya specifically aids individuals in achieving a state of equanimity, regardless of external circumstances. The practitioner is able to manage situations of excessive adulation or criticism in a calm and composed manner. This results in the development of gratitude within the practitioner.

Incorporating in my life

It should be practiced in a routine manner for 30-40 minutes per day in the early morning preferably on an empty stomach.

About the specialist

Master Vibushree has been practising Nada yoga for over 10 years. His unique offering called Padmini Vidya integrates the practice of Nada yoga with inner breathing techniques. Nada yoga is a form of yoga that focuses on the use of sound and music for spiritual development and is based on the premise that the entire cosmos, including human beings, consists of vibrations, called Nāda.
