Day 1: Arrival & Introduction

  • Morning: Arrival at Rishikesh, check-in, and settle into accommodations.
  • Afternoon: Welcome session with an introduction to the retreat, its facilities, and an overview of vedic beauty therapies and treatments
  • Evening: Opening ceremony with hi-tea, introduction to evening skincare ritual and group chanting curated by Aradhana to set intentions.

Day 2: Introduction to Shirodhara

  • Morning: Full body massage to awaken the senses
  • Afternoon: Shirodhara session (Practice of pouring warm oil on the forehead to enhance scalp health and hair luster)
  • Evening: Chanting  and ‘Know your ingredients’ session followed by a rejuvenating walk to ganga ghat

Day 3: Introduction to Netra Basti & Ayurvedic Facials
