Just like the principles of ayurveda, the program links the five elements to the fingers and lot more deeper in the ways of siddha purushas and their principles on body science, educating participants on how different Mudras can be used to promote overall wellbeing.

Sudha Rajeswari stands out as a dedicated Mudra expert, merging her profound academic background in English Literature with her experience as a soft skill trainer. Her academic journey, marked by achievements in M.A., M.Phil., and B.Ed. from renowned universities, began with a focus on English literature and evolved into a passion for Mudras after extensive research. Since 2014, she has been deeply involved in teaching and practicing Mudras, combining this with her skills as an NLP practitioner and counselor. Rajeswari is also actively engaged in advanced spiritual studies.
