Welcome & Settling In – Arrive, remove shoes, and settle into the space. Brief introduction to Kirtan..

Breathwork & Intention Setting – Guided deep breathing to center the mind, followed by setting a personal intention.

Live Kirtan – Call-and-response chanting with live music, engaging in rhythm, melody, and devotion.

Silent Reflection – A brief period of stillness to absorb the experience.
