  • Review previous session, learn Apan Vayu Mudra to stabilize emotions and enhance heart health, paired with a calming meditation.

Session 4:

Energizing with Prana Mudra

  • Discuss energy flow in mindfulness, practice Prana Mudra to revitalize body energy, and engage in an energizing guided meditation.

Session 5:

Integration and Deep Mindfulness with Surya Mudra

  • Recap all mudras learned, introduce Surya Mudra for metabolic balance, and conduct a comprehensive mindfulness meditation integrating all mudras.
