Introduction
a. By using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which may be updated from time to time by Leelalife.com ("we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our website.
b. Our website and our method are designed to provide an online and offline platform for clients seeking personalized wellbeing solutions, including individual and group sessions conducted online (for example, via Zoom or similar video platforms) and in person.
c. Our website allows clients to discover, choose, book, and integrate wellbeing sessions, programs, and solutions into their lives, whether delivered online or in person.
d. Our website also allows clients to purchase Products, Practices, Experiences and Insights from authentic sources relevant to holistic wellbeing.
e. Leela Life offers wellbeing services exclusively and does not provide healthcare services, medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or therapy.
Definitions
a. Clients: Individuals who use the platform to engage in wellbeing programs.
b. Guides: Professionals who conduct wellbeing conversations and create personalized wellbeing programs for clients.
c. Specialists: Providers of courses, practices, and insights that help clients in their wellbeing journey.
d. Product Retailers: Sellers of wellbeing products listed and recommended on the platform.
e. Experience Owners: Providers of retreats, experiences, and properties listed and recommended on the platform.
f. Sessions: Any individual or group interaction related to wellbeing offerings delivered by or through Leela Life, including consultations, conversations, programs, salons, classes, or workshops.
g. Online Sessions: Sessions delivered using video or audio technology (for example, Zoom or similar platforms), whether or not accessed directly through the Leela Life website.
h. In-Person Sessions: Sessions delivered face to face at a physical location, including but not limited to salons, events, workshops, and retreats, whether hosted directly by Leela Life or in collaboration with third parties.
Client Terms
a. By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
b. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and booking a session with a wellbeing specialist or a guide.
c. For Online Sessions, you are responsible for having the necessary equipment, connectivity, and a private environment appropriate for the nature of the session. Leela Life is not responsible for interruptions, loss of connection, or data charges imposed by your internet or service providers, or for any limitations of the third-party platforms used (such as Zoom).
d. For In-Person Sessions, you are responsible for your own travel, accommodation, and personal safety. You agree to follow any instructions or guidelines provided by Leela Life, guides, specialists, venue operators, or experience owners, including health, safety, and conduct requirements.
e. You acknowledge that some Sessions, whether Online Sessions or In-Person Sessions, may include light movement, breath practices, or other activities that involve physical or emotional effort. You agree to participate only to the extent that you feel safe and comfortable, and you are solely responsible for consulting your medical or mental health professionals before participating, especially if you have any existing conditions or concerns.
f. You agree to pay for any Products, Practices, and Insights you purchase on our website. Our website reserves the right to modify our fees and charges at any time without notice. You acknowledge and agree that our website may use third-party payment processors to process your payments. You acknowledge and agree that our website is not responsible for any fees or charges assessed by your bank, credit card issuer, or third-party payment processors as per U.S. laws (e.g., The Electronic Fund Transfer Act).
g. You acknowledge and agree that our website is not responsible for the accuracy or quality of any Products, Practices, and Insights provided by third-party authentic sources.
h. You agree to comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations when using our website.
i. You acknowledge and agree that the sessions with the wellbeing specialists and guides are provided for informational purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, in compliance with U.S. health regulations (e.g., FDA)
j. You acknowledge and agree that wellbeing specialists, guides, experts, Product retailers, experiences and Leela Life employees are not responsible for the outcome of any sessions or any other services provided by Leela Life.
k. You acknowledge and agree that wellbeing specialists, guides, experts, product retailers, experiences and Leela Life employees shall not be held liable for any consequences, losses, or damages that may result from the advice, recommendations, or information provided on the website or during sessions.
l. You are responsible for consulting with appropriate professionals, such as medical doctors, mental health professionals, or legal experts, for specific advice or guidance related to your health, mental wellness, or legal matters.
m. You understand that the information provided by wellbeing specialists and Leelalife.com may not be suitable for every individual, and individual results may vary.
n. By using our website and engaging with wellbeing specialists, guides and experts, you acknowledge that you are making an informed decision to seek advice and information, and you assume all risks associated with your choices based on that advice.
o. You agree to indemnify and hold wellbeing specialists, guides, experts, experience owners, product retailers and Leela Life harmless from any claims, demands, or actions arising out of or in connection with the advice or information provided on the website or during sessions.
p. You acknowledge and agree that our website reserves the right to terminate your access to our website and services at any time without notice.
q. You are encouraged to report any attempts by wellbeing specialists to contact you directly outside of the Leelalife.com platform to client@leelalife.com.
Specialist Terms
a. By using our website, you confirm that you are an authentic Indian wellbeing specialist with relevant knowledge and experience to provide personalized wellbeing solutions.
b. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering as a wellbeing specialist on our website.
c. You agree to provide personalized solutions relevant to holistic wellbeing & wellness during one-on-one introductory sessions with clients and in your courses and programs.
d. You agree to not share the client’s personal information with any third party and use it solely for the purpose of wellbeing consultation in compliance with U.S. data privacy laws.
e. You agree to comply with federal, state, and local laws and regulations when providing services through our website.
f. You acknowledge and agree that our website is not responsible for the accuracy or quality of any information provided by clients.
g. You acknowledge and agree that our website is not responsible for the outcome of any sessions with clients.
h. You acknowledge and agree that our website reserves the right to terminate your access to our website and services at any time without notice.
i. The first introductory session with every client will not be compensated, and should the client decide to continue with the course, the specialist will receive payment for it. Payment will be made by Leela Life on a monthly basis less the commission and the TDS.
j. Specialist Screening - Prior to scheduling the first introductory session, the specialist has the flexibility to decline a client in case they are not satisfied with their responses to the questions asked by the specialist.
k. Cancellation and Refund Policy - If the client or specialist cancels the session 24 hours prior to the schedule, Leela Life will offer a make-up session to the client. In case of cancellation within 24 hours, whoever cancels, will have to either refund or let go of the session fee accordingly.
l. Course Completion and Refund Policy In case of partial completion of a course from either side, Leela Life will refund the client in proportion to the sessions completed, and Leela Life will let go of the commission.
m. Introductory Offers - For our initial set of clients, Leela Life might have introductory offers that will impact the specialist’s rate card. This will be prior communicated and agreed upon.
n. You agree not to initiate direct communication with clients outside of the Leelalife.com platform.
o. All communication between you and clients, including but not limited to scheduling, session details, and follow-up, should be conducted through the communication channels provided by Leelalife.com
p. You acknowledge that any attempt to communicate with clients outside of the Leelalife.com platform may result in the termination of your access to Leelalife.com services.
q. Leelalife.com reserves the right to take appropriate action, including but not limited to terminating the specialist's account, in the event of a violation of these communication restrictions
r. Leela Life acts as a facilitator for transactions between clients and third-party providers, including specialists, product retailers, and experience owners.
s. Leela Life does not assume responsibility for the quality, safety, or legality of products, practices, courses, or experiences offered on the platform.
t. Disputes between clients and third-party providers must be resolved by the parties directly, although Leela Life may assist in dispute resolution.
u. Leela Life may update fees and charges for services listed on the platform at any time, with notice to the involved parties.
Guide Terms
a. As a guide, you agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering on our platform.
b. Guides will conduct personalized wellbeing conversations without providing medical or therapeutic advice.
c. You agree to conduct personalized wellbeing conversations with clients and help build their wellbeing programs.
d. You agree to not share any client’s personal information with third parties and use it solely for wellbeing purposes, in compliance with U.S. data protection regulations.
e. You acknowledge that Leela Life is not responsible for the outcome of any wellbeing program created through your conversations with clients.
f. You agree to the cancellation and refund policies, which apply to sessions scheduled with clients.
g. All communication with clients should occur through the Leela Life platform, and direct communication outside the platform is not permitted.
h. You agree that Leela Life may monitor and review your performance and may terminate your access to the platform if necessary.
Product Retailer and Experience Owner Terms
a. As a product retailer or experience owner, you confirm that all offerings listed on the platform meet relevant quality and safety standards.
b. You are responsible for compliance with applicable laws related to your products or experiences, including safety regulations and legal requirements, in compliance with U.S. regulations
c. You acknowledge that Leela Life is not liable for disputes between you and clients, but we may assist in facilitating resolution.
d. You agree to the cancellation, refund, shipping, and return policies as applicable to your offerings.
e. Leela Life reserves the right to monitor and review your offerings and may terminate your account if terms are violated.
Privacy
We take your privacy seriously. Please read our privacy policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
Intellectual Property
a. Our website and all content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of our website or our licensors and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
b. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our express written consent.
c. You may not use any trademarks or service marks of our website without our express written consent.
d. You acknowledge that Leela Life’s Indic wellbeing knowledge systems, methods, frameworks, and materials, including without limitation its Salon, Blueprint, Circle sessions, internal frameworks, and supporting documentation, are proprietary to Leela Life. You agree that you will not use these knowledge systems, methods, frameworks, or materials to build, advise, support, or participate in any business, product, or service that directly competes with Leela Life’s core offerings in wellbeing, except as part of an authorized engagement with Leela Life (for example, as an employee, guide, specialist, contractor, or partner acting under a separate written agreement). This restriction applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not limit your ability to use your general skills, experience, or knowledge that is publicly available.
Confidentiality
a. In the course of using our website or engaging with Leela Life, you may receive or have access to non-public information about Leela Life, its services, its clients, its partners, or its operations (“Confidential Information”).
b. Confidential Information includes, without limitation:
- business plans, strategies, projections, and financial information;
- product, technology, intellectual property, and roadmap information;
- proprietary Indic wellbeing knowledge systems, frameworks, methodologies, and internal notes (including, for example, Salon, Blueprint, Circle sessions, and related frameworks);
- non-public client, team, and operational information; and
- any information that is marked or described as confidential, or that a reasonable person would understand to be confidential given the nature of the information or the circumstances of disclosure.
c. Confidential Information does not include information that:
- is or becomes publicly available through no breach of these Terms by you;
- was lawfully known to you before disclosure by Leela Life;
- is independently developed by you without use of or reference to Confidential Information; or
- is rightfully obtained by you from a third party without a duty of confidentiality.
d. You agree to use Confidential Information solely for the purpose of accessing and using our website and services as intended under these Terms, and not for any competing or unrelated purpose.
e. You agree not to disclose, transfer, or provide access to Confidential Information to any third party without our prior written consent, except to your professional advisers who are bound by confidentiality obligations no less protective than those in these Terms.
f. You agree to take reasonable measures to protect Confidential Information from unauthorized use, access, disclosure, alteration, or loss.
g. You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish Confidential Information, except as reasonably necessary to use our website and services in accordance with these Terms.
h. You agree to promptly notify us at support@leelalife.com if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized use or disclosure of Confidential Information.
i. Upon our request, or upon termination of your account or your use of our services, you agree to promptly return or permanently delete any Confidential Information in your possession or control, to the extent technically and legally feasible. You may retain copies only where required by applicable law or bona fide internal compliance policies, and any such retained copies will remain subject to these confidentiality obligations.
Recording of Sessions
a. Our platform records certain Online Sessions and, where technically and lawfully feasible, some In-Person Sessions between clients, guides, or wellbeing specialists for the following purposes:
i. to allow clients and, where relevant, guides or specialists to review or refer to the session;
ii. to enable guides and specialists to create or refine personalized wellbeing programs, blueprints, or course plans;
iii. to train, supervise, and support our guides and other Leela Life personnel, including for internal quality review and education;
iv. to maintain, develop, and improve our services, tools, and products in in line with our Privacy Policy using de-identified or aggregated data; and
v. for group Sessions only, and subject to the consent requirements below, to create educational, training, or marketing materials for Leela Life.
b. You acknowledge and agree that all recorded sessions are the property of Leela Life and may be used for the purposes described in this section.
c. You acknowledge and agree that you do not have any right to claim ownership of any recorded sessions or portions thereof.
d. You acknowledge and agree that Leela Life is not responsible for the loss, damage, or unauthorized access to recorded sessions.
e. You acknowledge and agree that Leela Life may delete recorded sessions after a certain period of time, as determined by us in our sole discretion. If you want us to delete a specific recording, please write to support@leelalife.com and we will review and respond in line with applicable law and our internal policies.
f. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the recordings without our express written consent.
g. Clients, guides, and specialists may request to stop or pause recording at any time, in compliance with applicable privacy and recording laws.
h. You agree that you will not audio-record, video-record, screenshot, or otherwise capture any part of an Online Session or In-Person Session (including images, names, or statements of other participants) without the explicit consent of Leela Life and all individuals involved in the session.
i. We will only use recordings of group Sessions in which you are identifiable for marketing or promotional purposes if you have provided your specific, informed consent, for example through a separate written or electronic release form. Your decision to grant or withhold such consent will not affect your eligibility to participate in Leela Life programs.
j. Where we use excerpts from group Session recordings for educational, training, or marketing purposes without obtaining individual publicity releases, we will de-identify the material by removing names and other direct identifiers and will not attribute statements to you personally without your explicit permission.
k. If you withdraw consent for the use of a recording in which you are identifiable for marketing or promotional purposes, we will stop using that recording for new materials from the time we receive and process your request. This withdrawal does not affect any uses that have already occurred in reliance on your earlier consent, to the extent allowed by law.
l. Access to identifiable recordings is limited to Leela Life personnel and service providers who need such access for the purposes described in this section and who are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations consistent with our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
a. Our website provides our services on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, in compliance with U.S. consumer protection laws.
b. Our website does not warrant that our services will meet your requirements, and be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
c. You understand that In-Person Sessions, including salons, workshops, and retreats, may be held at venues operated by third parties. Leela Life does not control and is not responsible for the condition, safety, or operations of such venues, and any issues related to the venue must be addressed with the venue operator, except where required by applicable law
d. In group Sessions (whether Online Sessions or In-Person Sessions), other participants may share personal experiences or opinions. Leela Life is not responsible for, and does not endorse, any statements, actions, or omissions of other participants, and you agree to maintain discretion and respect the confidentiality of what is shared by others, unless they clearly invite you to share or disclose such information.
e. Our website is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses.
f. You agree to indemnify and hold our website, its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of our website or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
a. For U.S.-based users, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and disputes shall be resolved by arbitration administered by the AAA (American Arbitration Association).

Any such decision does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund unless required by the applicable cancellation and refund policies or by law.
Termination.
a. Our website may terminate your access to our website or services at any time, without notice, for any reason or no reason, in our sole discretion.
b. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@leelalife.com.
c. Upon termination of your account, you acknowledge and agree that our website may delete all your personal information and any other data associated with your account.
d. Termination of your account shall not relieve you of any obligations or liabilities accrued prior to the termination.
