About the Gathering

Circle is a monthly reflective retreat — a shared space where conditioning loosens, perception opens, and habitual patterns begin to soften.

This May edition introduces Think Calm as our monthly orientation within the 5×5 framework. Led by Hari Nair and two Leela Life specialists, the morning is designed to loosen the mind's grip on urgency and immediate outcomes. We will explore the difference between a reactive mind and an ordered mind, clearing enough inner space for clarity to arise on its own through the elements of Long View and Raja Yoga & Breathwork.

5×5 Framework · "Think Calm"

To Think Calm is to steady the mind so that awareness can deepen and clarity can guide action. In Indic traditions, calmness is not the absence of thought but the ordering of it — allowing the mind to serve as a clear instrument rather than a restless master.

Long View: The perspective that life is to be seen in its continuity, not only its immediacy.

Raja Yoga & Breathwork: A discipline of inner mastery that uses the breath to shift the quality of attention and quiet the fluctuations of thought.
