You will practice Raja Yoga (a meditative path of self-discipline) and Pranayama (breath control techniques) through personalized asanas (physical postures) and breathwork.
This practice promotes emotional stability and inner balance by harmonizing breath and movement, which helps regulate the nervous system. Through consistent engagement, you will develop the ability to remain calm and centered amidst life’s challenges.
You can integrate short sessions of yoga and breathwork into your morning or evening routine, adapting them to your schedule. Regular engagement with these practices ensures steady progress toward inner balance.

Hatha Yoga Pradipika: While mainly focused on Hatha Yoga, the Hatha Yoga Pradipika also touches upon Raja Yoga, especially in the context of how Hatha Yoga practices can prepare the body and mind for the higher practices of Raja Yoga. It is a bridge between physical practices and the meditative and philosophical goals of Raja Yoga.
Upanishads: Various Upanishads, which are part of the Vedanta philosophy, discuss concepts that are integral to Raja Yoga, such as the nature of the self (Atman), the ultimate reality (Brahman), and the importance of meditation in realizing the unity of Atman and Brahman.
Patanjali's Yoga Sutras: This is the most authoritative and foundational text on Raja Yoga. Composed by the sage Patanjali, the Yoga Sutras detail the Eight Limbs of Yoga (Ashtanga Yoga), which are considered steps on the path of Raja Yoga. These steps include ethical standards, self-discipline, posture, breath control, withdrawal of the senses, concentration, meditation, and absorption.
