About the Gathering

Circle is a monthly reflective retreat — a shared space where conditioning loosens, perception opens, and habitual patterns begin to soften.

This June edition introduces Smile as our monthly orientation within the 5×5 framework. Led by Hari Nair and two Leela Life specialists, the morning is designed to loosen fixed ideas around what joy actually requires — and to recover two of the most neglected sources of it: the quality of how we relate to the people we are close to, and the quality of how we relate to ourselves, through the elements of Intimacy and Personal Care.

5×5 Framework · "Smile"

To smile is to live with inner lightness, care, and connection. In Indic traditions, the state of joy is reached not only through the mind but also through the body, relationships, service, and devotion. Smile gathers the practices that sustain a cheerful, radiant presence.

Intimacy: The deep meeting of two beings — physical, emotional, and spiritual — where presence and vulnerability allow genuine connection to arise.

Personal Care: A daily ritual of respect for the body, seen as a sacred vessel — the most foundational act of self-respect from which inner lightness naturally flows.

Knowledge Guide · Founder & Chairman, Leela Life

Hari Nair is the creator of the Leela Life Method, a structured approach rooted in Indic knowledge that helps modern lives hold both success and joy. His session introduces Smile as this month's orientation — exploring the deeper "why" behind joy as a cultivated state rather than an earned reward, and what it means to recover lightness through the quality of how we tend to ourselves and connect with others.

Dr. Shivani Sood

Dr. Shivani Sood

Smile · Intimacy

Dr. Shivani Sood is an internationally recognised Ayurvedic doctor with over 21 years of experience, specialising in Ayurvedic psychology, emotional wellbeing, and the relational dimensions of personal development. Co-founder of Shivani Ayurveda, she has conducted thousands of one-on-one consultations and led over 40 international projects across Europe and the United States. What distinguishes her work is its attention to the interior life of relationships — she approaches intimacy not as a skill to be mastered, but as a quality of presence that can be consciously cultivated or quietly lost. Her session is an invitation to notice whether one is experiencing intimacy, or simply performing it.

Dr. Namrata

Dr. Namrata

Smile · Personal Care

Dr. Namrata is a highly experienced Ayurvedic specialist with over 28 years of dedicated practice, based in Mumbai. Her area of deep expertise is Ayurvedic skin and hair rejuvenation — grounded not in cosmetic convention but in the ancient understanding that the body's outer radiance is an expression of its inner balance. A distinguished educator, she has trained medical professionals and individuals worldwide in Abhyanga, Mukhabhyanga, Shiroabhyanga, and the use of natural formulations rooted in the Charaka Samhita and Ashtanga Hridayam. Her session offers a brief, direct encounter with what it means to tend to the body as a sacred vessel — and the shift in how one inhabits oneself that follows.
