His expertise makes these once-guarded techniques accessible through structured, practical teachings.

About the Specialist

Harish Bharadhwaj is a dedicated practitioner of yogic breathwork, trained under India’s Siddha masters. Initially a skeptic, a profound encounter with a Vedic astrologer led to an initiation into Pranayama, sparking a deep exploration of breath, energy, and consciousness. This journey culminated in Vasi Yoga—an advanced breathwork practice that unlocks profound transformation. To make this ancient wisdom accessible, he developed Shakti Pranayama, a structured approach that accelerates breath mastery and inner evolution. Grounded in the belief that true wisdom comes from experience, Harish Bharadhwaj empowers seekers to harness breath as a tool for self-discovery, proving that the ultimate guru lies within.
