About the Gathering

Circle is a monthly reflective retreat — a shared space where conditioning loosens, perception opens, and habitual patterns begin to soften.

This April edition continues the exploration of Live on Land as an Aspect within the 5×5 framework, focusing on The Sun and Natural Supplements, through guided exposure led by Hari Nair and two Leela Life specialists.

The Circle creates a shared environment where fixed ideas around the body’s relationship with the natural world begin to loosen, allowing greater sensitivity to land, rhythm, and nature’s intelligence to emerge more naturally in everyday life.

5×5 Framework · “Live on Land”

To Live on Land is to re-enter relationship with the natural world as a living source of support, rhythm, and intelligence. In Indic traditions, the sun, earth, animals, and natural materials are approached as companions in life, shaping how the body finds grounding, vitality, and alignment through direct engagement.
