The practice of Nada yoga involves the integration of the pronunciation of beej mantras for each of the 7 chakras while practising breathing and meditation techniques.

About the specialist
Deobrat has learned classical music under the guidance of his guru Pandit Shivanath Mishra, a legendary sitar player of his time. He represents the 11th-generation lineage of the Benares Gharana tradition. He is known for his virtuosity on the sitar and his ability to blend traditional and contemporary styles of music. He offers a unique program that combines yoga and sound called Nada Yoga, which aims to bring harmony within oneself.
