You will learn to practice chanting, an ancient Indic technique based on the idea that all beings, including humans, are composed of vibrations, or nada. As part of this practice, you will chant mantras (specific sounds that resonate with particular energies) helping to activate and balance the body’s energy centers. The practice combines mindful breathing, meditation, and sound to create a harmonizing experience.
This practice fosters mindfulness by focusing on sound vibrations, helping shift energy toward positivity, and supporting an optimistic mindset.
Dedicate a few minutes daily to chanting mantras preferrably on an empty stomach and focusing on their vibrations while practicing mindful breathing.
