You will practice mindfulness meditation using Khayal music (a style of classical Indian singing) and learn vocal techniques, raga theory (melodic framework for improvisation), and how to create meditative experiences by connecting deeply with the music's emotional essence.
Regular practice enhances mindfulness by fostering a focus on intricate musical details like pitch and rhythm, promoting deep emotional connection through authentic expression of ragas.
Dedicate 30 minutes daily, preferably in the early morning, to practicing mindfulness meditation exercises with Khayal music.
