You will explore the seven energy centers in the body (chakras), their functions, and their psychological significance. Through Yoga postures, Mudras (hand gestures for energy flow), Mantras (sacred sounds for focus), and meditation, you will learn techniques to identify and release energy blockages, restoring balance in your system.
This course enhances self-healing by helping you clear energy blockages and harmonize your mind and body. By practicing these techniques, you can cultivate mental stillness and inner balance, allowing for a deeper connection with your innate energy system.
Dedicate 15-30 minutes daily to practicing guided meditation, Yoga postures, Mudras, and Mantras. Engage with these techniques consistently to align your body's energy and maintain a structured approach to inner calm and focus.

The text 'Sat-Cakra-Nirupana', (also known as the "Description of the Six Chakras), attributed to the yogic scholar and practitioner Swami Purnananda, who lived in the 16th century. It is a part of the larger Tantric text called the 'Hatha Yoga Pradipika', which is one of the most influential texts on Hatha Yoga.
Chakra Yoga, as per 'Sat-Cakra-Nirupana', is a practice that aims to activate and balance the chakras, the energy centers in the subtle body. It explains that Chakra Yoga can have a positive impact on overall well-being by promoting physical, mental, and spiritual harmony.
