Through this course, Dr Kumar presents a culmination of insights derived from ancient texts such as the Yoga Sutras, the Sankhya Karika, the Upanishads, and the Bhagavad Gita, along with various Indian Philosophies. Participants will not only delve into theory but will also gain hands-on experience in meditation techniques. Fundamental pranayama and yogic asanas are incorporated to support the meditation journey. The essence of these teachings revolves around understanding and effectively training the mind.

Dr. Kaushal Kumar is a distinguished specialist in Yogic Sciences and Philosophy, with a PhD in Yogic Sciences and Masters degree in Economics and Philosophy. As the founder of Vigyan Yoga, his journey started in 1989 under Swami Satyananda, where he immersed himself in various yoga practices for three years.
