About the course

What will I learn

Dr. Manjunath Gururaj's authentic Veda chanting course is a transformative journey into the ancient and sacred practice of Vedic chanting. He guides participants in unlocking the power of sound and vibration for wellbeing. Through meticulous instruction and personal guidance, he teaches the correct pronunciation, intonation, and rhythm of the Vedic Mantras and shlokas, along with their understanding allowing students to immerse themselves in the divine resonance of these chants.

Benefits of this course

The rhythmic and melodic nature of Vedic Chants, combined with focused attention and concentration, can create a meditative state of mind. This meditative state allows individuals to experience a sense of inner calmness and helps in balancing emotions,  thereby alleviating stress and anxiety. And the vibrational power of the mantras stimulates and unlocks the potential of the human brain and resonates with the interconnectedness of all beings, fostering a deep sense of empathy and love.

Incorporating in my life

This can be for a duration of 10-15 minutes to start with, and gradually increase the time as one gets comfortable with the practice.
