About the specialist

Gauri Rokkam is Doctorate in Yoga & Life Sciences from SVYASA Yoga University, Bengaluru. She is passionate about food & the wonders it can do for humankind in health & diseases. She blends the Eastern & Western food principles of Nutrition Science, Yoga philosophy and Natural hygiene to make it more meaningful & holistic in nature. She has been working in this space for around 30 years and has helped thousands of clients reverse diseases and get back to vibrant health. She won the award for Best PhD Paper on Fresh Coconut published in the Journal of American College of Nutrition, USA - the first study on fresh coconut recorded across the world. Her mission is to educate and empower people to make the right choices about food, & lifestyle enhancing their health and happiness and kindling a ripple effect that transforms the health of society.
