About the course

What will I learn

You will examine how you already serve in life, at work, in your family, or in any other role you play. Through guided inquiry, you will study everyday acts of service, observe how giving occurs, and learn to recognise participation in life beyond personal effort. You will also look at why you serve and what you expect in return by exploring seva (selfless service) from Vedic texts such as Advaita Vedanta and Bhagavad Gita.

Benefits of this course

This insight builds gratitude by changing how service is experienced. When giving is no longer tied to personal credit or recognition, interactions and responsibilities are met with greater appreciation and ease.

Incorporating in my life

You will use brief self-inquiry before and after acts of help, work, and giving to set the right intent and return to service without claim on credit or outcome.
