Dr. Kathirasan K (Kathir) is a distinguished scholar of Advaita Vedanta, a profound philosophical tradition that explores the non-dual nature of existence, and a leading expert in mindfulness. With over two decades of experience teaching this philosophy, Kathir has guided countless seekers in understanding and applying its timeless principles. He studied Advaita Vedanta in-depth under the guidance of his guru, Swami Satprakashananda Saraswati, a disciple of Pujya Swami Dayananda Saraswati. Kathir is also an accomplished author, with works such as The Advaita Vedanta of Siva Samhita and Mindfulness in 8 Days, blending ancient wisdom for modern wellbeing.
