  • Yoga Poses, Mudras, and Meditation for Chakra - Demonstrate yoga poses, mudras, and guide clients through a healing meditation to activate and balance the chakra.
  • Chakra Test Exercise - Conduct a brief chakra test exercise related to the chakra, and encourage clients to reflect on their experiences and discuss any insights gained.
