The course will cover the use of mantras, crystals, affirmations and other tools to enhance the chakra yog practice. The specialist also incorporates the use of Rudraksha beads to enhance the experience and help individuals connect with the energy of each chakra as they are considered to have properties to enhance concentration, amplify mantras and calm the mind.
