About the course

What will I learn

You will explore Chikitsa Vastu, a practice integrating Vaastu Shastra (ancient Indian architectural science), Vedic chanting, (Oral recitation of ancient Sanskrit hymns) and sensory awareness exercises like mindful walking, sketching, and tasting. You will learn to develop a deeper connection with your surroundings and refine your ability to perceive subtle energies.

Benefits of this course

By practicing Vedic chanting and sensory engagement, you cultivate deeper awareness of yourself and your surroundings, fostering clarity and intuition. The vibrational impact of mantras enhances mental focus, while sensory exploration refines perception, leading to more insightful decision-making.

Incorporating in my life

You can integrate Chikitsa Vastu by consciously designing your space, incorporating natural elements, and engaging in sensory-based activities like mindful arrangement, sketching, or chanting in your life routines.

Ancient texts that refer to this

Vastu Shastra is a traditional Indian system of architecture based on ancient texts that describe principles of design, layout, measurements, ground preparation, space arrangement, and spatial geometry. The designs aim to integrate architecture with nature, the relative functions of various parts of the structure, and ancient beliefs utilising geometric patterns, symmetry, and directional alignments

Vastu Shastra, an ancient architectural science, promotes wellbeing through creating harmonious spaces, enhancing psychological wellbeing, fostering relationship harmony, boosting productivity and success, supporting physical health, and facilitating spiritual connection.
