You will learn the Ayurvedic principles of food compatibility—the synergy between ingredients, the alignment of food with an individual’s unique constitution (doshas), and the interaction between food and preparation methods, including the impact of utensils, cooking techniques, and environmental factors.
This course helps you build mindfulness and align your diet with Ayurvedic principles, enhancing your ability to make conscious and harmonious food choices. It leads to better digestion and a balanced internal environment through personalized guidance.
Practitioners will learn how to identify foods that are compatible with each other and their individual constitutions and then implement them in their daily life.
