About the specialist
Kalaripayattu is the mother of all martial arts with its origins in Kerala in southern India. Yoga is India’s ancient & comprehensive knowledge system of human development. Guru Yogi Shivan, born into a family of traditional yoga practitioners with a deep lineage in Kalaripayattu, is combining these two ancient Indic disciplines to create a unique approach to Kundalini yoga. It is the ancient practice of awakening the powerful latent energy in human beings, allowing for the ability to achieve self-awakening or self-awareness
