  • Introduction to Pranayama (breathing technique)

Session 2

  • Pranayama practice, Padahasthasana (standing forward bend) variations, and spinal twist

Session 3

  • Repeat of basic stretches and Pranayama, Bhadrasana (butterfly pose) variations, and Vakrasana

Session 4

  • Repeat of Pranayama, Bhadrasana variations, and Vakrasana (tree pose) along with other warm up exercises

Session 5

  • Repeat of session 4, adding Veerabhadrasana (warrior pose) and Anjaneyasana (low lunge)

Session 6

  • Repeat of session 5, including Suryanamaskaram (sun salutation)

Session 7

  • Repeat of session 6, incorporating Verabhadrasana variations

Session 8

  • Repeat of session 7, adding Marjari (cat pose) asanam, Vyakrasanam, and Bhujangasanam (cobra pose)
